We have been in this business for some years and we only supply mobility scooters from manufacturer's we have also known for a considerable time. Our suppliers have the best possible quality control and build using quality components.

We know of cheaper suppliers but will not handle their products because they use cheaper components which do not come up to the same exacting standards of quality and reliability.

Our prices are already set at well below the manufacturer's recommended retail prices due only to our buying power. In our experience you can't really expect to get the same quality for any less.

Q. How good is the quality of these mobility scooters?

These are the same scooters as are sold throughout the UK by established High street mobility resellers at prices up to £1300 (standard model) and £1400 ("Plus" model) for the boot scooters and £3600 for the road legal 8mph pull apart mobilty scooter. Although not necessarily always under the same model names. They are of a high quality and specification and you may also find similar scooters being marketed by "high pressure" sales teams at considerably higher prices.

In a very few cases where some other quite basic and low quality portable mobility scooters are being offered at the same or even anything less than our prices we would recommend that you be very cautious about the likely electronic component build quality and after sales back-up on offer.

Q. How can you sell a high quality scooter at such a low price?

We've been doing this for some years and, as a result, together with the added weight of being a member of an international buying consortium, have developed the right sort of relationship with the right manufacturers. We also don't have salesmen, marketing admin staff, or expensive showrooms to maintain. Our costs are therefore kept to a minimum and by cutting out the middlemen you benefit with a colossal saving. It's not a "cheap" product in terms of quality but a genuine value for money offering. i

Q. How much is delivery to my address?
Delivery to anywhere in the UK mainland is FREE and included in the price we quote on this website. For other areas please email us for a delivery quotation.

Q. What about VAT?

The price is excluding VAT but if you are a private user (or buying on behalf of a private user) you can have the VAT exempted to 0% by completing the online exemption form click here

If you do not complete the exemption form or are buying as an organisation or business then the price will be subject to VAT @ 17.5%.

Q. How long have you had experience of selling mobility scooters?

We first supplied discounted mobility equipment on line via the Internet back in 2001 and were one of the first companies to do so.

Now many other companies have sprung up on the Internet selling discount price mobility scooters but, unlike us, not all of them have the long standing arrangements with the manufacturers or are as choosy about the quality of scooters they sell to get the price down.

Q. What about the guarantee?

We are very selective of who we source from and only deal with manufacturers that we know who also use the same selective criteria for sourcing the compnents used to build their scooters. It is the electronic component quality that is all-important with a mobility scooter (the parts you can't see!)

In our 7 years of experience with mobility scooters we can honestly count the number of repairs we have handled on one hand. We supply only scooters built using components of the highest reliability.

However, in the unlikely event of a problem occurring the warranty is 12 months "return to base" for a fully covered parts and labour warranty. Alternatively, If a minor problem occurs which you may prefer to have dealt with, for convenience at your own expense by a local engineer, we will replace and despatch to you the faulty part free of charge. We believe that this a fair warranty considering the large discount you are receiving on this item.

Please note that Some retailers offer extended warranties or service plan cover via insurance companies but, in our experience, we have come to believe that these extended warranties are generally not good value, bearing in mind the reliability of a good quality scooter and the very heavily discounted price being charged for it in the first place. So called "extended warranties" have not received a good reputaion in the media for some years now and are usually a marketing device to increase the sellers profits. We usually have ways of helping out people with even quite old scooters which often work out much cheaper than buying a so called "extended warranty" in the first place.
